Nucleus Technology and Patented Technology

With its own patents and nucleus technologies Kelong group has been influencing the tide of development of latest technology of the trade. In the three industries it has accumulatively developed several thousand kinds of new products, of which the highest percentage put into production reaching over 95. From appearance to internal processing, we have kept our advantages in nucleus technology.　

As early as in 1995, freon-free high efficiency evaporator and condenser produced by Kelong had passed appraisal for national hi-new-tech products and we mastered the nucleus technology independently. Since 2000, each year nearly 100 kinds of new products have been developed. Only in the first three months this year 200-odd kinds of new products have been developed. Especially, recently environment protective and energy-saving high efficiency wire tube evaporator fit for European A+ and A++ standard has been developed and mass produced, again getting strong response in the world.　

In 2002, Kelong group, through countless experiments overcoming one difficulty after another with its own nucleus technology, succeeded in production of high performance spherical nickel hydroxide—key material for top grade nickel-hydrogen battery, an item listed in national “863 Program”. The item was then approved by Ministry of Information Industry as “Updated Item of Industrialization of Hi-new-tech Supported by Special National Debt”. Test shows its power source capacity is 100ma/h higher than that of world equivalents. Now the capacity of the spherical nickel hydroxide developed by Kelong group has reached 2500ma/h, far better than world equivalents and twice rewriting the world parameters of nickel-hydrogen battery. In 2005,　The item was listed as “Updated Item of Industrialization of Hi-new-tech Supported by Special National Debt”.

New type air-cushion belt conveyer is another patented product of Kelong group and has been leading technically in its trade. In 2005, the product was listed by national committee of development and reformation and Ministry of Science and Technology in national “Torch Program”.

Now Kelong group has 113 national patents, of which 22 are listed in national or provincial plan. Besides, dozens of inventions are applying for patents and dozens of items are applying for listing into national or provincial plan.　

Statistics show that Kelong group once created the record that its patents were increased 10 times a year. The innovations have created sales income RMB 1000million.
